CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is
hereby given that Ms Sizakele Moloko has been appointed to the board of directors of Gooderson as
an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 November 2012.
Sizakele’s career in the teaching fraternity started in 1983 as an educator. She has held various
senior positions in the Department of Education and Culture. She is currently the General Manager
of Lincolnwood CC, a 100% black owned empowerment company based in Durban, established in
2002, which offers a wide range of quality training, tourism development and management and
mentoring and monitoring SMME’s. Sizakele is also a member of a number of Tourism
organizations.
The board of Gooderson welcomes Sizakele and look forward to a long and valued working
relationship.
