RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Tsogo Sun are advised that all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company held today, Thursday, 18 October 2012, were approved by the requisite majorities.
Special resolution number 4 relating to the adoption of the Company’s new Memorandum of Incorporation together
with a copy of the Memorandum of Incorporation will be submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission for filing.
