Shareholders are advised that the company’s annual financial statements for the year ended 30
June 2012 were posted to shareholders today and contain no modifications to the audited results
which were published on 11 September 2012. PricewaterhouseCoopers audited the results and
the annual financial statements of CBH and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be held at 14:00 on 22
November 2012, at Investec (100 Grayston Drive, Sandton, Johannesburg), to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
