CORRECTION OF ANNEXURE TO REVISED LISTING PARTICULARS
Linked unitholders are referred to the Company’s circular posted to
linked unitholders on 5 October 2012 (“the Circular”),
incorporating revised listing particulars (“Revised Listing
Particulars”).
In particular, linked unitholders are referred to Annexure RLP9 to
the Revised Listing Particulars, which contains extracts of the
material clauses of the asset management agreement between the
Company and New Star Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited (“Asset
Management Agreement”). The Company has noted that an incorrect
version of Annexure RLP9 was included in the Circular and Revised
Listing Particulars posted to linked unitholders. A corrected
version of Annexure RLP9 has now been included in the Circular and
Revised Listing Particulars available on the Company’s website
(www.fairvest.co.za) and a hard copy of the annexure can be
obtained from the Sponsor or the Company’s offices.
