Shareholders are advised that the operations at the Umlabu colliery near Breyten have been
interrupted as a result of strike action by the National Union of Mineworkers, due to a wage
dispute.
Management continues to engage with the interested and affected parties and aims to resolve
the situation as soon as possible. Shareholders will be informed as soon as the situation changes.
