Shareholders are advised that Sun International Limited’s 2012 Integrated Report, which
incorporates the Group’s annual financial statements for the period, is in the process of
being mailed on 25 October 2012.
The 2012 Integrated Report will also be made available on the company’s website:
www.suninternational.com (please click on investor relations).
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on SENS on 27 August 2012.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Sun International Limited will
be held at its registered office, 27 Fredman Drive, Sandown, Sandton, 4th Floor,
Executive boardroom on Friday, 23 November 2012 at 09h00, to transact business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which forms part of the 2012
Integrated Report.
Record date
The notice of the company’s annual general meeting has been sent to its shareholders
who were recorded as such in the company’s securities register on
Friday, 19 October 2012 being the notice record date used to determine which
shareholders are entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting.
