RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of The Don held on 24 October 2012,
convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders
dated 25 September 2012, all the resolutions including the resolutions to dispose of the Sandton
3 and Sandton 1 Properties, the Beach Road Property and the Sandton 4 Property, were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders.
