DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN CLICKS GROUP
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited
has acquired further ordinary shares in the company and its total beneficial interest now
amounts to 5.01% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.
Formal notification has been received from Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited, and Clicks
Group has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
