RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Sasfin and IQuad shareholders are advised that at the general
meeting of IQuad shareholders held on 24 October 2012, the
special and ordinary resolutions contained in the circular to
IQuad shareholders, dated 25 September 2012, and tabled for
voting, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
Shareholders are further advised that once all the conditions
precedent to the offer made by Sasfin, to acquire the entire
issued share capital of IQuad by way of a scheme of
arrangement have been fulfilled, a further announcement will
be made.
