In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
Company announces the following change to its Board:
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr GJ Geel (CA
(SA)) as Financial Director of the Company with effect from 24
October 2012. Mr Geel, the current acting Financial Director, has
been with the AFGRI Group for 16 years. In October 2009, he was
appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company and as an
executive director of AFGRI Operations Limited, the operating
subsidiary of AFGRI. The Board wishes to congratulate Mr Geel on
his appointment.
