POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Wesizwe are advised that a circular in relation to
the adoption of the Wesizwe Share Plan (“the Circular”) and
incorporating a notice of a general meeting (“the General Meeting”)
was posted to shareholders today.
Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the General Meeting will
be held on Thursday, 22 November 2012 at 09h00 at the Glenhove
Conference Centre, 52 Glenhove Road, Melrose estate, Houghton,
Johannesburg, for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit,
passing with or without modification, the resolutions set out in
the notice of the General Meeting included in the Circular.
The indicative timeline for the adoption of the Wesizwe Share Plan
as set out in the Circular is as follows:

Record date to determine which Friday, 19 October
shareholders are eligible to receive the
circular
Circular posted to Shareholders Thursday, 25 October
Last day to trade in order to attend, Friday, 9 November
participate and vote at the General
Meeting
Record date to determine which Friday, 16 November
shareholders may attend, participate and
vote at the General Meeting
Last day for receipt of forms of proxy for Tuesday, 20 November
the General Meeting (by no later than
