advised that FirstRand Bank has exercised its option to
redeem the Notes, which redemption will take effect on
5 November 2012 (FRB06) and 6 December 2012 (FRB07). This
redemption is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions
of FirstRand Bank’s R20 billion Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme.
