NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2012, to be
posted on Monday, 29 October 2012, is identical to the audited results, which were published on
SENS on Thursday, 27 September 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Accentuate will be held at 10:00 am on 30
November 2012 at the Company’s registered offices at Accentuate Business Park, 404 Southern
Klipriviersberg Road, Steeledale. The notice of the annual general meeting will be issued with the
annual report, which contains the annual financial statements of Accentuate for the year ended 30
June 2012.
