NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that an electronic version of the Company’s Annual Integrated Report for
the year ended June 30 2012, which incorporates the annual financial statements and notice of
the annual general meeting were posted to shareholders today. The Annual Integrated Report is
also available on Bidvest’s website (www.Bidvest.com). The annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the audited results, which were published on August 27 2012. The annual
financial statements of Bidvest and the Group and the Deloitte & Touche audit reports are available
for inspection at the registered offices of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held at 08:30 on
Monday, November 26 2012, at Third Floor, Bidvest House, 18 Crescent Drive, Melrose Arch,
Johannesburg, 2196, to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
