RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of SilverBridge held today, all the resolutions
as set out in the notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders, with
the exception of ordinary resolution number 7, “General authority to issue ordinary shares, and to sell
treasury shares, for cash” which was withdrawn prior to voting at the meeting.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
