at the Shareholders meeting held on 16 October 2012 have been filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission and, as a result, all conditions have been met for the odd-lot offer and the specific offer
to proceed in terms of the various timetables as set out in the announcement dated 25 September 2012
and in the circular to shareholders, dated 25 September 2012.
