Illovo Sugar (Malawi) Limited (ILLOVO:MW), the majority-owned subsidiary of Illovo Sugar
Limited listed on the Malawi Stock Exchange, released its interim results for the six months
ended 30 September 2012 on Saturday, 27 October 2012, which are available on the Illovo
Sugar Limited website www.illovosugar.com.
The interim results of its majority-owned subsidiary in Zambia, Zambia Sugar Plc (ZMSG:ZL),
listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange, are expected to be released on Tuesday, 30 October
2012 and those results will likewise be posted to the company’s website after such release.
