Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions
and special resolutions proposed at the AGM of Infrasors held on
Friday, 26 October 2012, were approved by the requisite number
of shareholders.
The special resolutions, where appropriate, will be filed with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
