RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of HCI held on Monday, 29
October 2012 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in
the HCI integrated annual report issued on 27 September 2012), all of the
resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of HCI shareholders.
