In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”) has disposed some of its ordinary shares in
MMI and as a result Coronation’s current beneficial interest in MMI has decreased to
9.93% of the total issued ordinary shares of MMI.
