CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
of the Company are hereby advised of the following change to the function of a director
serving on the board, with effect from 1 November 2012.
DigiCore is pleased to announce that due to operational growth demands, the non-
executive Chairman, Mr Nick Vlok, has on a temporary basis agreed to support the Group’s
South African business operations on an executive basis for a period to be reviewed in 2013.
Mr Vlok’s status as director will therefore change from non-executive Chairman to executive
Chairman.
This will provide some of the current executives with additional operational capacity to fully
pursue the Company’s planned growth in the international markets.
