RESTRUCTURE OF THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders that the board of AH-Vest
has been restructured as set out below:
Ms Nobuhle Mthethwa and Messrs. Sanjay Soni and Suresh
Naidoo, all independent non-executive directors of the
company, have resigned with effect from 24 October 2012;
Mr Ismail Darsot has been appointed as Executive Chairman of
the Company and, following a change in the role of Mr Marci
Pather from Chief Executive Officer to that of Business
Development Director, has also been appointed as Chief
Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
