APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, Merafe Resources is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Ditabe Chocho as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
of the Company with effect from 2 January 2013.
Mr Chocho is a Chartered Accountant and is currently the CFO of
DSTV Online, a division of MultiChoice. Before that he was the CFO
of Multichoice Africa (Pty) Ltd. He has extensive experience in
financial and investment management gained during his tenure at
various companies including Zico Capital (Pty) Ltd, Aflease Gold
and Uranium Limited and Transnet
The Board of Merafe Resources would like to welcome Mr Chocho to
the Company.
