Further to the announcement on the Securities Exchange News Service of
the JSE Limited on Tuesday, 30 October 2012, Italtile and Ceramic
shareholders are advised that Rallen Proprietary Limited and Italtile
have extended the date for the fulfilment of the remaining conditions
precedent to the offer detailed therein, to 12:00 on Wednesday, 7
November 2012.
