Shareholders are advised that Antony Rayment has resigned as Chief Executive
Officer (“CEO”) and director of SACMH with effect from 31 October 2012, to
pursue his own interests.
The board wishes to thank Antony for his contribution to SACMH and wishes him
well in his future endeavours. The Finance Director, David Miller, will be the
acting CEO and continue his role as Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 1st
November 2012.
