RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMI
advises shareholders that, following his relocation to the United
Kingdom, Mr NDJ Carroll has resigned from the board as an
alternate non-executive director with effect from 31 October 2012.
RMI thanks Mr Carroll for his contribution to the group and wishes
him well with his future ventures.
