RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with s3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, holders of securities
in the above Portfolios ("investors") are hereby advised that Alan Jonathan Miller has resigned as
director to Newfunds, with immediate effect.
The board of directors of Newfunds wishes to thank Alan Jonathan Miller for his valued contributions
during his tenure as a director and wish him well in his future endeavours.
