POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that a circular regarding the adoption of the Company’s
Memorandum of Incorporation (“MOI”) has been distributed today, 1 November 2012.
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of SecureData shareholders will be held at 10:00 on
Thursday, 29 November 2012 at the registered office of SecureData, Nicol Main Office Park,
4 Bruton Road, Bryanston, 2021, in order to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass the resolutions
necessary to approve and implement the adoption of the Company’s MOI.
The board of directors of the Company has determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with
section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, the record date for the
purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at
the general meeting is Friday, 23 November 2012. Accordingly, the last day to trade SecureData
shares in order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 16 November
2012.
