CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
SilverBridge (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Sandra Duetsch has resigned as
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Sandra was due to retire by rotation at the Company’s annual general meeting held on 26 October 2012,
but decided not to offer herself for re-election due to personal commitments.
The Board thanks Sandra for her contribution to the Group and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
