DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Bosjacob (Proprietary) Limited
(“Bosjacob”) purchased the following Octodec linked units on the open market:
- 50 000 Octodec linked units at a price of R18.21 per linked unit, with a total value of R910 500 on
31 October 2012.
Non-Executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect
beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of Bosjacob respectively.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
