ACQUISITION OF THE REMAINING 50% SHAREHOLDING IN ELOPAK SOUTH AFRICA
Further to the SENS announcement issued on 4 September 2012, Nampak is pleased to advise that
the acquisition of the remaining 50% shareholding in Elopak South Africa for a purchase price of
R115 million was finalised on 1 November 2012. Elopak South Africa, which manufactures gable
top paper cartons for fresh beverages and dry foods, is now wholly owned by Nampak.
