APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby
advised that Mr Rudolf Marthinus Jansen has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Company and as a
member of the Company’s audit and risk committee with immediate
effect.
Mr Jansen holds the qualifications BComm (Hons), CA(SA) and his
experience includes serving as group chief executive officer of
MWEB for approximately six years and as an executive member of
Multichoice South Africa’s management team.
The board welcomes the appointment of Mr Jansen as a director of
Capevin and looks forward to his contribution.
