WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders of Kagiso Media are referred to the renewal of
cautionary announcement dated 29 October 2012 which
referred to discussions that were still in progress which
may impact the Company’s share price.
Shareholders are informed that such discussions have been
terminated by mutual consent of the parties. Accordingly
caution is no longer required to be exercised by
shareholders when dealing in their securities.
