COMPANY’S SHARES FROM THE JSE LIMITED
Shareholders are advised that the company’s board of directors is considering a possible delisting of the
company’s shares from the JSE Limited. Any delisting proposal would be accompanied by an offer (at a
price verified by an independent expert as being fair) to be made to all shareholders. Discussions in this
regard are ongoing and accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their shares
in the company.
