RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Wendy Lucas-Bull has resigned as a non-
executive director of Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited with effect from
Monday, 5 November 2012.
Nedbank Group Chairman, Dr Reuel Khoza, thanked Wendy for her contribution
to the group since her appointment in 2009, and in particular the significant role
she played on the board as Chairman of the Group Credit Committee, and
wished her well in her future endeavours.
