RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce
that at the general meeting of the Company held today, 6
November 2012, all the ordinary and special resolutions tabled
in the notice of general meeting (“the Resolutions”), which
notice was included and posted to shareholders as part of the
circular dated 28 September 2012, were unanimously approved by
the shareholders of the Company, present or represented by
proxy. 97,67% of IFA shareholders voted on the Resolutions in
person or by way of proxy.
The special resolutions where applicable, will be filed with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due
course.
