the company on 31 December 2012 and will function as a non-executive director of Sabvest
from that date.

largest associated company, SA Bias Industries (Pty) Ltd, and will be full time in this position
from 2013. However he will continue as a non-executive director of Sabvest’s two other
associated companies – Set Point Group (Pty) Ltd and Sun Spray Food Ingredients (Pty) Ltd.
