NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2012 will be posted
to shareholders on 7 November 2012, and contain no
modifications to the reviewed preliminary consolidated
results published on SENS on 6 September 2012. The annual
financial statements will also be available online on the
Spur website (www.spurcorporation.co.za) from 12h00 on 7
November 2012. The annual financial statements were audited
by Spur’s auditors, KPMG Inc. Their unqualified audit
report is available for inspection at the company’s
registered office, 14 Edison Way, Century Gate Business
Park, Century City, Cape Town.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
shareholders will take place at 11h00 on Thursday, 6
December 2012 at the head office of the company, 14 Edison
Way, Century Gate Business Park, Century City, Cape Town,
to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting forming part of the annual financial
statements.
