DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008,
shareholders are advised that Group Five has been notified
that Sanlam Investment Management (Proprietary) Limited
(“Sanlam”), acting as agent of its clients, have acquired a
beneficial interest in securities of the company, such that
the total interest of Group Five securities held by Sanlam’s
clients has increased to 15.02% of the total issued Group Five
securities.
