UPDATE REGARDING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS
on 26 September 2012 and are advised that, following the
passing of the audit partner, the signing and posting of the
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2012
has been delayed.
Shareholders will be advised in due course on the date of
posting of these financial statements which is anticipated to
be on or about 31 December 2012.
