RESULTS OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 October 2012 and are advised that
Dipula has raised R650 million pursuant to a private placement of 37 970 296 A-linked units and B-linked
units. The placement was significantly over subscribed and the units will be issued at R10.45 per A-linked
unit and R6.67 per B-linked unit which represents a discount of 0.5% to the closing price on the day prior to
the finalisation of the pricing. The capital is being raised pursuant to a vendor consideration placement to
fund previously announced acquisitions.
