In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
Company announces the following change to its Board:
The Board accepted the resignation of Ms NL Shirilele from the
Board with effect from 13 November 2012 due to other commitments.
Ms Shirilele has been a member of the Board and the Audit & Risk
Committee since 26 January 2011. The Board thanks Ms Shirilele
for her valued contributions and wishes her well in all future
endeavours.
