Shareholders are advised that CJA Wolmarans has been suspended from his duties as Group
Financial Director of Protech effective today pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Shareholders will be advised of the outcome of the investigation which is on-going.
Mr Antony Page, the Chief Executive Officer will oversee the financial affairs of Protech until an
interim group financial director is appointed for the duration of the investigation.
