ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE POSTING OF A CHROMETCO CIRCULAR
RELATING TO:
- THE ADOPTION OF CHROMETCO’S MEMORANDUM OF INCORPORATION;
- CONVERSION OF CHROMETCO’S PAR VALUE SHARES TO NO PAR
VALUE SHARES;
- INCREASE IN CHROMETCO’S AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL; AND
- PLACING OF THE AUTHORISED BUT UNISSUED SHARES UNDER THE
CONTROL OF CHROMETCO’S DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY “THE
TRANSACTIONS”)
Shareholders are hereby advised that a circular containing
details of the Transactions has been posted to shareholders
today, Wednesday, 14 November 2012.
IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
The important dates and times relating to the Transactions
("Timetable") are set out below. Words and expressions in the
Timetable and notes thereto shall have the same meanings as
assigned to them in the Circular.

Last day to trade in order to be
registered in Chrometco’s register of
