RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 30 March 2012, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 3 October 2012, shareholders are advised that
the full impact of the Jetworx Aircraft Service Proprietary Limited business rescue plan and
1time airline Proprietary Limited provisional liquidation are still being determined, which may have a
material effect on the price of 1time’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
