CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
SilverBridge (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Dingalethu Madubela (“Dinga”) has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect, following his resignation earlier
this year from Amabubesi Capital Proprietary Limited (“Amabubesi”), a major shareholder in SilverBridge.
The Board expresses their gratitude towards Dinga for his contribution to the Group during the past two
years and wishes him well in his future career.
In addition, the Board is pleased to advise shareholders of the appointment of Mr Hasheel Govind as a
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Hasheel is a registered Chartered Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer of the Amabubesi Group.
The Board welcomes Hasheel and looks forward to his contribution to the Group.
