of Nedbank Limited (Nedbank) Unsecured Subordinated Note
NED12B under sections 14, 16 and 37 (Optional redemption)
of the Pricing Supplement dated 14 December 2007, investors
are herewith advised of the Full Capital Redemption of NED12B
effective 14 December 2012.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Registrar
of Banks has granted written approval of the early
redemption of the NED12B Note at the option of the Issuer.
