RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general
meeting of City Lodge shareholders held on Thursday,
15 November 2012, the ordinary and special resolutions, as
well as endorsement of the company’s remuneration policy,
as set out in the notice of annual general meeting
dispatched to shareholders on 9 October 2012 were passed,
on a poll, by the requisite majorities.
The special resolution adopting the Memorandum of
Incorporation will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Commission in due course.
