TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange, the Board of Cullinan Holdings Limited hereby announces that the Group`s results for
the year ended 30 September 2012, being earnings and headline earnings per share, are
expected to be between 60% to 65% higher than the earnings and headline earnings per share
for the prior comparative period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Group`s auditors.
