APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of The
Don (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Magdelin Thandi Khumalo (“Thandi”) has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Thandi holds a BCompt degree with articles and has 10 years experience in financial management. She is
currently the Financial Manager responsible for operational expenditure at Vodacom Group Limited.
The Board welcomes Thandi and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
